Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g strawberries, frozen
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 25 g protein powder
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 shot of lemon and orange flavored water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Notes: I used Inkospor’s vanilla protein powder, but you can certainly experiment with other varieties. Instead of the lemon-orange water (simply put slices of each in a water carafe), you could also use lemon juice. You can also vary the fruit; I’ve tried raspberries and mango, for example. I calculated a total of 1 1/2 glasses of the shake for one person; the total ingredients provide 45g of protein, 45g of carbohydrates, and only about 2g of fat.
