Homemade flatbread pizza delicious and fun

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ flatbread(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) basil
  • 1 pinch(s) of Provence herbs
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the flatbread in half crosswise to create two circular halves. One half can be used for another purpose. Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F). Remove the oven rack and line it with parchment paper. Fry the bacon cubes until lightly crispy. Spread the herb curd on the flatbread. Then alternate the thinly sliced ​​tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Then evenly distribute the bite-sized spring onions and the fried bacon cubes. Season as recommended or to taste. Place the flatbread pizza on the oven rack and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the cheese is crispy. Cut the flatbread pizza into quarters and enjoy.
