Puff pastry pizza with brunch

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 rolls of topping dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup cream cheese (Brunch Paprika & Pepper)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 100 g salami or pepperoni sausage
  • 100 g cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Also great to prepare for parties!

Roll out a roll of puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread generously with Brunch (I spread about 3/4 of the cup). Tear the pepperoni sausage or salami and ham into small pieces and spread them on top. Finely chop the onions and peppers, drain the mushrooms, and spread everything on the dough. Carefully place the second roll of puff pastry on top and press the edges together with a fork. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. A quick tip: The pizza tastes even better cold the next day. Enjoy!
