Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of yeast Garant
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 50 g margarine or oil
  • 200 ml water or milk
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 stalk thyme, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of frozen doner meat, approx. 400 – 500 g
  • 4 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mixture of everything, enough for 2 people

For the dough, mix all ingredients well and let rest for a quarter of an hour. (Follow the Hefe Garant package instructions.) For the sauce, finely chop the thyme and garlic and mix all ingredients together. For the topping, slice the onions into half-moons and fry them in a pan. Then add the frozen doner meat and the finely chopped bell pepper and fry. Then carefully season with salt and pepper, as the meat is pre-seasoned. Roll out the dough on a non-stick, greased baking sheet, spread the sauce evenly over it, and then spread the topping on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) using either fan-assisted or bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes. The dough also works perfectly as a regular pizza dough.
