Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 sheets of rice paper
  • 1 large Chinese cabbage
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 3 large carrots
  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 300 g soy sprouts
  • e.g. chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

vegetarian

Prepare the rice paper according to the package instructions. Briefly blanch the bean sprouts. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and spring onions, and grate the carrots. Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan and deglaze with soy sauce. Season to taste (e.g., with chili). Place the vegetable mixture in portions on rice paper, wrap, and briefly fry in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
