Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 turnip(s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

good side dish to pan-fried meat

Clean and dice the turnip, and cook it in vegetable broth until tender. Drain the broth, add the cream, and bring to a boil. Add the marjoram and puree. Blend in the butter and season with salt and pepper.
