- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste, hot
- e.g. vegetable broth
- 200 ml coconut milk, creamy
- 200 g pasta

Finely chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini, depending on the size of the pasta, and sauté. Season with spicy tomato paste and vegetable stock. Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil briefly. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and stir into the vegetables.
