Tomato salad with mozzarella and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 3 bags of mozzarella
  • ¾ pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • Salt (tomato-mozzarella)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Mustard
  • curry powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into medium-sized pieces. Cut the feta cheese and onions into small pieces. Chop the garlic cloves into very small pieces. Place everything in a bowl. Season with pepper, tomato and mozzarella salt, a little mustard, and chili and curry powder, if desired. Mix with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
