Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- n. B. Salt
- 1 slice(s) ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some orange zest
- 0.3 orange(s)
- some coriander
- some cloves, ground
- some allspice
- some cinnamon
- some pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla, ground
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar, alternatively white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp cranberry vinegar, alternatively raspberry vinegar
- 6 leaves of coriander
Instructions

with oranges and spices, exceptional and delicious
Chop the tomatoes and season with salt, let them stand in a sieve for a few minutes, and then drain. Meanwhile, fillet about one-third of an orange. Finely dice the ginger. Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes thoroughly. Add the well-drained tomatoes, mix everything briefly, and let stand for half an hour. After the stand time, season the salad to taste, chop the coriander leaves, and mix briefly. Serve the salad immediately.
