Firinda Potato Chicken

First, prepare the marinade. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt. Then cut the potatoes and peppers into sticks, and slice the tomatoes and onions. Brush a large casserole dish or baking sheet with a little olive oil and spread the potatoes in it. Place the chicken wings on top. Pour the marinade over the potatoes and mix everything together. Place the tomato slices between the potatoes and chicken wings. Season with salt to taste. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 30-40 minutes. Then briefly remove the casserole from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, spread the rest of the vegetables on top, and return the dish to the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
