Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g sesame, black
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml tahini
  • 6 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp miso paste, light
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with miso-tahini spread and sesame gomasio

Combine the gomasio ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Purée the spread ingredients separately in a blender. Toast the bread slices in a toaster and spread with the spread. Slice the avocado and spring onion and arrange them on the bread. Garnish with the gomasio.
