Bacon Cheese Corners

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of cheese (of your choice)
  • 16 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the cheese between two slices of toast. The type and amount of cheese is up to each individual. Place four strips of bacon on a cutting board, overlapping one another. Place the cheese sandwich in the center of the bacon and wrap the excess ends around the sandwich. Repeat with the other four strips of bacon, but arrange them at right angles to the already wrapped ones and wrap them over the remaining free sides. The toast should then be completely wrapped in bacon. Fry over medium heat for about 5-8 minutes on each side, until crispy. Cut into triangles, serve, and enjoy.
