  • 4 slice(s) country ham, mildly smoked
  • 1 slice(s) Gouda
  • 2 eggs
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread a thin layer of margarine on both sides of the bread slice and toast one side in a pan over medium heat. Then turn the slice over and sprinkle the toasted side with garlic. Now spread the country ham directly on the bread and place the slice of Gouda on top. As soon as the bread is toasted on the bottom, remove the slices from the pan and place them on a plate. Add a little margarine to the pan and melt it. Crack the eggs into the pan, breaking them up so that the yolks remain intact. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Leave the eggs in the pan until the whites are set. Place the eggs on the slice of bread. Garnish the Strammer Max with a sliced ​​tomato and a few cucumbers around the edge of the plate. One slice has about 688 kcal.
