Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
- some broth
- salt and pepper
- possibly white wine
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with pork fillet or schnitzel
Sauté the mushrooms in a little oil, then add the spring onions and fry. Add the sour cream, season with broth, salt, and pepper. If desired, add a small splash of white wine.
