Mashed potatoes with creamed horseradish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • 25 ml milk, maybe a little more
  • 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes, dice them, and place them in a pot of salted water. Cover. Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add the butter and cream and mix. Add the creamed horseradish. You may need to add more horseradish carefully. Season the mashed potatoes with salt. Tip: If the mashed potatoes aren’t creamy enough, add a little more milk.
