Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 ml natural yogurt (preferably organic)
  • 3 tbsp cornflakes, wheat flakes or similar with or without fruit
  • possibly maple syrup or caramel syrup
  • some vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

super tasty, also for children

Wash and halve or quarter the strawberries and sprinkle with a little vanilla sugar. Stir and let it soak. Peel the banana, halve it, and also cut it into small pieces. Add it to the strawberries. Then add the flakes and stir gently. Pour the yogurt over the top. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a little maple syrup, caramel syrup, or sugar. Mix gently and divide between bowls.
