Strawberry cream croissants

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 croissants
  • 130 g cream
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the butter croissants in half. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Hull, wash, and slice the strawberries. Fill a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle with the whipped cream and pipe it onto the bottoms of the croissants. Arrange the strawberries on top and cover with the croissant lids.
