Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, cooked, peeled
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • Water
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Slice the potatoes and place the first half in a buttered baking dish. Add the peeled, sliced ​​eggs. Add the second layer of potatoes. Mix the sour cream with 125 ml of water until the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. The baking time varies depending on whether the potatoes are freshly cooked or using leftovers from the day before, but at least 30 minutes. Suitable as a side dish or main course.
