Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 radishes
  • 2 gherkins
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the bread with the low-fat quark. Slice the eggs, radishes, and gherkins. Spread them on the bread. Season with salt and pepper and scatter the dill over the bread.
