Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slice(s) bread(s) (whole wheat)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the bell peppers. Mix with low-fat quark and ajvar (pepper puree). Spread the quark thickly on the bread. Season.
