Vanilla Cappuccino Porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 300 ml water or milk
  • 1 tsp, heaped coffee powder, (vanilla cappuccino)
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • e.g. sweetener or sugar
  • e.g. cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-calorie and vegetarian

Combine the oatmeal and milk or water in a small saucepan and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the porridge reaches the right consistency. Now add the vanilla cappuccino and season with cinnamon, sugar, or sweetener to taste. Then stir in the cranberries. This porridge makes a great healthy breakfast. It can also be sweetened with honey and garnished with fruit.
