Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pita bread(s)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 6 strawberries, possibly more, depending on size
- 0.33 banana(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Heat the pita bread according to the package instructions; it should still be soft so it doesn’t break when filling. Mix the cream cheese with the almond butter. Cut the pita in half, spread one inside of each with the cream cheese and almond butter mixture, and the other with strawberry jam. Place the washed, hulled, and sliced strawberries on top of the jam, then arrange the banana slices on top.
