Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 150 g minced turkey
- 1 onion(s)
- pepper
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 40 g cheese, grated, light
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy, light
- 10 g mustard

Dice the onion. Sauté the ground beef and onions in a little water and season. Drain the resulting broth and set aside. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and pepper. Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the insides. Fill the peppers as follows: ground beef and onion mixture, cream cheese, mushrooms, and grated cheese. Replace the lids and top with some more grated cheese. Pour the reserved broth into a baking dish and mix with the remaining ground beef, onions, cream cheese, mushrooms, and grated cheese. Add the peppers. Place the baking dish in the oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
