Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g turkey schnitzel
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Creme legere
- 1 slice(s) cheese, Gouda, reduced fat (e.g. you may)

Wash the meat, trim the spring onions, and slice both. Wash the tomatoes, trim the mushrooms, and slice both. Brown the turkey strips with the spring onions in oil. Then add the vegetables and sauté everything. Season to taste and stir in the crème legere. Spice up with herbs if desired. Transfer the turkey to an ovenproof casserole dish and top with the sliced cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes (charge extra!). 5.5p at ww
