Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- ½ tsp oregano
- 4 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with mushrooms and cottage cheese, low in calories, without soy
Peel the onion, trim the mushrooms, finely dice both, and sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the quartered tomatoes with the tomato paste and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with finely chopped herbs such as parsley, chives, oregano, basil, chili powder, and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool slightly, and add the cottage cheese. Important: Only heat the cottage cheese, do not boil it, and season with salt at the very end.
