Pepper-tomato sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely dice the onions and garlic. Slice the peppers and tomatoes. Sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove half of the vegetables and puree. Add the sour cream. Season to taste. Serve with the sour cream. Serve with pasta.
