Carrot and mozzarella wraps

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 wraps
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly fry the wraps without oil. Grate the carrots, mix with grated mozzarella, add a little salt, crush the garlic cloves, and mix the mixture well with the mayonnaise. Spread the mixture over the wraps, roll them up, and cut into 3-4 cm thick slices.
