Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml water or milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of seasonal fruit, prepared
  • 125 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Porridge

Bring the milk or water with the oats to a boil. Stir constantly and be careful not to burn. Simmer over low heat until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the porridge into a bowl and stir in the yogurt and fruit. Tip: If you prefer your porridge to be thinner, simply add more liquid. You can vary the fruit as desired. If you like, you can also cook the fruit at the same time; this will keep it nice and warm and add a different flavor.
