Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp fine oat flakes, organic
  • 1 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) with coconut flavor, e.g. B. from Alpro, or yoghurt of your choice
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 10 cherries
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 5 minutes

You’ll also need a 500 ml glass jar with a lid, such as the KORKEN jar with a lid from Ikea. Add the oats and chia seeds to the jar, pour the yogurt over the top, and mix everything together. Thinly slice the banana and place it on top, then pit the cherries and layer them on top. Finally, sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. This makes a great breakfast, ideal for taking to the office.
