Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 40 g butter
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 80 g cream cheese
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese

a no-bake Oreo cake
For the base, take 20 Oreos and separate the filling from the outer cookies. Finely crush the cookies in a blender and set the filling aside. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Pour the cookie mixture into a springform pan with a diameter of approx. 20 cm and press it into the bottom with a spoon. Place the cookie base in the refrigerator for now. For the frosting, first whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and refrigerate. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the cookie filling and the powdered sugar, then add the low-fat quark. Then fold in the cream and spread the frosting evenly over the base. Finally, roughly crush the remaining Oreos and crumble them onto the frosting. Refrigerate the cake for approx. 2 hours.
