Cucumber and apple salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mini cucumber(s) (snack cucumber)
  • 1 apple, preferably crisp and sour
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp dill tips
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground, e.g. mixed pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the vinegar, oil, dill tips, salt, and pepper to make a dressing. Quarter the apple and remove the core. Grate the cucumber and apple into thin slices and mix with the dressing.
