Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the grapes, remove the stems, halve, and deseed if desired. Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Mix the grapes with the orange juice, clove powder, and syrup. Divide the grape salad between 2 cereal bowls. Stir the yogurt until smooth and spread on top. Serve sprinkled with cornflakes. Tips: In addition to the clove powder, you can also add some fresh ginger. Peel the ginger, finely grate it, and stir it in. Cover and refrigerate the grapes and marinate for a while. This will allow the spices to blend better, making the salad more aromatic. Per serving: Fat: 7 g Protein: 9 g Carbohydrates: 75 g Fiber: 3 g
