Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ papaya
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, approx. 1 cm long
  • 200 ml carrot juice, unsweetened
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds, optional

Instructions

Deseed the papaya, scoop out the flesh from the skin, and roughly chop. Peel the ginger if desired. Place the papaya and ginger in a blender and add the carrot juice, milk, and flaxseed oil. Sprinkle the smoothie with poppy seeds and serve. One serving contains 150 calories per serving.
