Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 50 g garlic chives
  • 1 tsp spice mix (meat/grill seasoning)
  • 3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

delicious with steak or simply on baguette

Let the butter soften at room temperature. Clean, wash, and finely chop the garlic chives. Mix the softened butter, garlic chives, seasoning, and lemon juice well with a fork in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Then let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Leftovers can be easily frozen in portions for your next barbecue!
