Flower pollen yogurt with walnuts and honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flower pollen
  • 1 tsp fir honey
  • Walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix thoroughly with the pollen using a spoon. The yogurt will turn yellow. Continue stirring until no hard pollen remains. Stir some crushed walnuts into the yogurt. Garnish the yogurt with walnuts and runny honey.
