Dip with dates and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 75 g Greek yogurt, 10%
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 50 g soft dates, pitted
  • n. B. Garlic clove(s), approx. 1 – 2
  • some salt and pepper, freshly ground (preferably red peppercorns)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Chop the walnuts and finely dice the dates. Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, and crème fraîche. Then press in about 1-2 cloves of garlic and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Finally, stir in the walnuts and dates. Let the cream sit in the refrigerator until well combined, preferably overnight. Stir occasionally and season to taste. Serve the dip with bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
