Peanut-chocolate millet porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g millet
  • 100 ml milk, hazelnut milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, (baking cocoa)
  • 1 tbsp syrup, agave
  • 20 g peanuts
  • 1 banana(s), cut into pieces
  • possibly sweetener or sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring 100ml of hazelnut milk (or regular cow’s milk or any plant-based milk) to a boil in a saucepan with the millet and stir well. Then reduce the heat slightly and simmer gently for about 10 minutes (until the millet is tender). Stir the cocoa powder and agave syrup (amount as desired and depending on the desired sweetness; sweetener, sugar, or stevia also works) into the millet porridge. Finely chop the peanuts and mix them into the millet porridge. Enjoy warm or cold with sliced ​​banana.
