Carrot and raisin salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g carrot(s), grated
  • 75 g raisins
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 25 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toss the carrots and raisins in a salad bowl. Stir in the crème fraîche and hazelnuts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle this dressing over the carrots before serving and garnish with chives.
