Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 tbsp oat flakes
- 6 tbsp powder (protein)
- 2 large eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Protein pancakes
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fry in batches on both sides in a pan until golden brown. If the consistency is too thick, add a little milk or mineral water. If it’s too thin, add some oatmeal. If desired, you can serve it with applesauce or whatever you like best with pancakes.
