Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 apple
- 20 g hemp seeds
- 20 g peanuts, unsalted
- 3 tbsp linseed oil, alternatively rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 1 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute) or erythritol, alternatively agave syrup or cane sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- ½ tsp salt, iodized
- ½ tsp pepper

Chop all solid ingredients as desired using a food processor or by hand, put them in a bowl, make a dressing from the remaining ingredients, mix everything together and season to taste.
