Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 ½ packs of yeast
- 50 g flour (wholemeal)
- 140 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some salt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- some goat cheese
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 5 cubes of spinach, frozen
- 2 tbsp mushrooms, from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Dough: Mix the flour with the yeast and knead well together with the water and oil. Add the sugar and salt. Cover and let rise for at least 15 minutes. Topping: Defrost the spinach in the microwave. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Drain the mushrooms. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the dough thinly to the size of a baking sheet and spread with the cream cheese. It’s important that the topping isn’t too thick, otherwise the pizza won’t be crispy! Spread the spinach evenly, grate the goat cheese over it, and place the mushrooms and tomato slices on the pizza. Add a little more salt. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. You can also use fresh mushrooms and spinach.
