Apple and mushroom pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can/n pizza tomatoes, approx. 400 g
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • pepper
  • Thyme
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Mix the flour and dry yeast. Add salt, water, and olive oil and knead into a dough. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Slice the mushrooms and ring the onion. Quarter or halve the apples and slice them as well. Season the pizza tomatoes with pepper, thyme, and garlic. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread with the pizza tomatoes. Then top the base with onions, apples, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 250°C (top/bottom heat). The baking time may vary depending on the oven.
