Vegan hummus pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough
  • 200g hummus
  • 3 tsp olives, sliced
  • 5 artichoke hearts
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 mushroom, brown
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • ½ onion(s), red

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

prepared super quickly

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Halve the cherry tomatoes. Roughly chop the artichoke hearts. Slice the mushrooms and onions. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread with the hummus. Spread the spinach first, then the remaining ingredients on the pizza. Finally, add the onion rings to the pizza and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the dough is browned. If desired, garnish with basil at the end.
