Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ can white beans (equivalent to 120 g drained)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup (for non-vegans, thin honey will also work)
- 2 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or rice, oat, or coconut drink…
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, unsalted
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan raw cookie dough with white beans
Puree all ingredients except the chocolate, stir in the chocolate pieces and chill or enjoy immediately.
