Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ can white beans (equivalent to 120 g drained)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup (for non-vegans, thin honey will also work)
  • 2 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or rice, oat, or coconut drink…
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, unsalted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings or chopped chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree all ingredients except the chocolate, stir in the chocolate pieces and chill or enjoy immediately.
