Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 chili pepper(s) (Thai chili)
- 1 pot of yogurt, 500 g
- Spelt flakes, amount as desired
- Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mash the bananas with a fork. Dice the mango, slice the chili pepper (deseed or not, depending on how spicy you like it). Mix everything with yogurt and spelt flakes in a large bowl and season with honey.
