Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg butter
- 2 bunch parsley, flat
- 1 handful of chives
- 8 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp salt
- some pepper, freshly ground

Put the butter in a mixing bowl and let it stand until it’s at room temperature or nice and soft. Meanwhile, finely chop the chives and parsley and add it to the bowl. Peel the garlic and press it into the butter or chop it finely. Season everything with salt and pepper. Mix with a hand mixer until everything is evenly distributed. Tips: If you want this reddish steak butter, simply use half the herbs and spices and add 2 tablespoons of steak seasoning salt. If you don’t want to just serve the butter on the table, I always make little balls with an ice cream scoop; they make great decorations. You can also roll the butter into a roll, wrap it in aluminum foil, and freeze it. Then cut off portions as needed and thaw.
