Towers of exotic fruit with spirulina granules

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 1 watermelon(s)
  • 1 pineapple, ripe
  • 4 tbsp Spirulina microalgae (granules)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the melon, pineapple, and mango. Cut approximately 5-millimeter-thick slices from the flesh. Cut around the pit of the mango, and remove the core of the pineapple first. Cut out circles from the flesh using a cookie cutter or a thin-walled (!) drinking glass. Stack the circles to create a fruit tower. Sprinkle the spirulina granules over the fruit just before serving or during the meal. This way, the granules will still be super crunchy in your mouth. Of course, you can also make a fruit salad with the fruit. Here, too, fruit and spirulina make a great combination.
