Bread rolls with pea and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g peas, frozen, thawed
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 roll (Knack and Back)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the peas in a bowl with the cream and eggs. Add the washed basil leaves and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until no lumps remain. Form the bread roll dough into rolls and place them in a baking dish. Pour the cream and egg mixture onto the rolls and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. This dish contains approximately 281 kcal per serving.
