Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized red bell pepper(s), very finely diced
  • 1 medium-sized yellow bell pepper(s), diced very finely
  • 6 small gherkins, very finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 6 spring onions, white part only, very finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey, alternatively sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped herbs of Provence
  • 2 mint leaves, finely chopped, alternatively a few drops of mint oil
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pepper, black, coarsely ground
  • e.g. olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), without seeds, very finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare all ingredients and mix evenly until smooth. Add chili carefully, as chili peppers vary in heat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
