Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper(s), very finely diced
- 1 medium-sized yellow bell pepper(s), diced very finely
- 6 small gherkins, very finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 6 spring onions, white part only, very finely chopped
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp honey, alternatively sugar
- 2 tsp, heaped herbs of Provence
- 2 mint leaves, finely chopped, alternatively a few drops of mint oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, black, coarsely ground
- e.g. olive oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 red chili pepper(s), without seeds, very finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
fruity-spicy grilled side dish
Prepare all ingredients and mix evenly until smooth. Add chili carefully, as chili peppers vary in heat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
